I found meditation during very fidgety savasana's in yoga class. Though it was not a smooth beginning, I eventually became hooked when I was able to experience a different relationship with my thoughts and feelings during meditation. Over the past 5 years, I have completed over 500 of training in meditation and yoga, taking a particular focus in mindfulness practices. I focus on teaching meditation and mindfulness practices that can be used in every day modern life. My teaching style is laid-back and simple, yet profound.
