I found meditation during very fidgety savasana's in yoga class. Though it was not a smooth beginning, I eventually became hooked when I was able to experience a different relationship with my thoughts and feelings during meditation. Over the past 5 years, I have completed over 500 hours of training in meditation and yoga, taking a particular focus in mindfulness practices.
