Build a meditation practice with Alex Ure! Over 6 weeks, we will develop a daily meditation practice that can help us relate to ourselves and the world in a new way. We will meet on Zoom every Thursday for a meditation class including theory, guided practice and discussion. Alex will provide ongoing email support through out the 6 weeks to build up a daily meditation practice. Regular meditation practice helps soothe the nervous system, helps steady a busy mind and relaxes our body deeply. Meditating in a group with a teacher can help us dive deeper into the practice by holding us accountable and also giving us tangible tools to practice meditation. This is a great program for those who are just beginning or those who have found it challenging to commit to a regular practice. What's included: - A 1 hour live class, every Thursday at 6 pm! Live class recordings are available for 72 hours. - Weekly audio recordings of guided meditations - Reading material to dive deeper into the theme of each week - Accountability and community for building a meditation practice - Ongoing email support from me during the program - Optional attendance at drop in meditation classes every Monday at 8 am through out the program!
